Q: How can I access my parking information on this web site?
A: After an account has been established you can login using the login link in the left column on the home page. This will log you directly into our account.
Q: What information is available about my account?
A: You can view your contact information, your previous 6 months of financial information including invoices and payment, parking usage and additional users of the account
Q: I heard that some of the ramps are automated, how does an automated parking ramp work?
A: You enter the parking ramp as you normal would. You take a ticket from the machine and take the ticket with you. When you return to the ramp, before you go to your car, you can pay for your parking at a Automatic Pay Station with either cash or credit card. You then take the paid ticket to the exit and insert the paid ticket into the exit column and the gate goes up.
Q: How do I create a parking reservation for an event?
A: You may click on the reservation link on the left side of our screen. You will be asked to select the date of the event that you are attending. If your event is scheduled, you click on the event and enter the information required. Please read and follow all information.
Q: Does a reservation guarantee me a parking space?
A: Yes. The reservation will guarantee a general parking space.
Q: I am coming downtown for dinner or an event, where can I park?
A: You may click on the Parking Facilities Map link on the left side of our page to view Municipal ramps throughout the downtown area.
Q: What is a carpool, and how does it work?
A: Carpooling is two or more people that ride to work together on a regular basis. For more information on carpool programs please go to www.rideproweb.com/mcs/service.asp or www.abc-ramps.com
Q: Can I pay for my monthly parking on-line?
A: We are working to bring this feature to the Municipal Parking System in the fall of 2007
