The business office is located on the lower level (basement) of the Hawthorne Transportation Center building.

You can access the business office from the skyway or street level.

From the skyway level take the elevator or stairs located inside the Hawthorne hallway roughly ten steps from the connection point of Ramp A (see image A1). Take the elevator or stairs down to the basement level (B50). The sign on the door will read ABM Parking Services. Ring the doorbell to be buzzed inside.

From the street level (see image A2) walk on the sidewalk outside the Hawthorne Transportation building. A glass door (not the glass door that leads to an elevator lobby) will be roughly 20 steps from the Ramp A street-level lobby. Enter the small lobby and walk down the stairs to the lower level (basement). The sign on the door will read ABM Parking Services. Ring the doorbell to be buzzed inside.
