On-Street Parking
Meter and Pay-by-Phone Refunds
Our policy is not to issue refunds for parking fees. However, refunds are issued to customers whose fees were charged incorrectly or in error. To request a refund, please call 311 or outside the Minneapolis city limits, call 612-673-3000.
Off-Street Parking
Monthly/Contract Parking Refunds
Our policy is not to issue refunds for the current month. Refunds may be issued to customers who provide seven days written notice prior to the start of the month. Email us at info@mplsparking.com or mail to the address below:
